Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Baseline Energy Services, LP to modify Air Quality Permit P0027966 by including Goshen, Natrona, Niobrara and Platte Counties to the available operation locations of the multiple portable generator engines. The multiple portable generator engines (125 units) will consist of any combination of: 581 hp Doosan 22L, 390 hp Doosan 14L, 268 hp PSI 11L, 201 hp Doosan 8.1L TA, and 118 hp PSI 8.1L NA engines. The portable generator engines will be operated at oil and gas well sites at various locations in Campbell, Converse, Goshen, Laramie, Natrona, Niobrara, Platte, and Sweetwater Counties, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F030063 and permit number P0034484 under permits.
