Torrington Municipal Airport hosted its 1st Annual Fly-In Saturday beginning at 7:30 a.m. The event featured local airmen displaying their aircraft, answering questions about them and doing either a flour dropping competition or balloon popping competition. The event also had several vendors, a learn to fly booth and breakfast. Aviation enthusiasts met up on the airport tarmac to share stories about aviation and the machines involved.
