TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF DOROTHY MAE VOLLMER, DECEASED:
Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of July 2024, Co-petitioners Timothy Lee Vollmer and Becky Lee Francis filed an application in District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, Wyoming Docket No. 2024-CV-0000077, seeking summary distribution of real property pursuant to the provisions of W.S. § 2 1 205, seeking a decree establishing their and other claiming distributees’ exclusive rights and title in and to certain real property owned by Dorothy M. Vollmer, deceased, situated in Goshen County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 7, in Coy’s Fourth Addition to the Town of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming.
as described in the Application on file herein. The value of the entire estate located in Wyoming subject to administration is less than Two Hundred Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($200,000.00) less liens or encumbrances. If no objection to the Application has been filed within thirty days of the first date of publication, the Court shall enter a decree establishing the right and title to the property located in Wyoming.
